Mill Valley School District Resolution #12-04/05

CERTIFICATED ASSIGNMENT AUTHORIZATION

November 10, 2004

    WHEREAS, when necessary, EC 44256(b) and 44258.2 allow, by resolution of the governing board, the holder of a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or Single Subject Teaching Credential to teach, with his or her consent, any subject in departmentalized classes below grade 9 if the teacher has completed twelve semester units, or six upper division or graduate semester units of course work at an accredited institution, in the subject to be taught;

    NOW, IT IS RESOLVED that the Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees authorizes the following teachers to hold the following assignments:

• Kathie Fischer          7th Grade Science
• Liza Keyes                7th Grade Math
• Sarah Petrini             Middle School Physical Education
• Anna Stearns            K-5 Music
• Ellen Torrey              6th Grade Language Arts/Social Studies Core

    PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees at a meeting held on the 10th day of November 2004 by the following vote:
