- CONSENT AGENDA - Items
listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and are
acted upon by the Board of Trustees in one motion. There is no
discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a member of
the Board, staff or public request specific items be discussed and/or
removed from the Consent Agenda. It is understood that the
Administration recommends approval on all Consent Agenda items. Each
item on the Consent Agenda approved by the Board of Trustees
shall be deemed to have been considered in full and adopted as

which the School District pays its bills.
- Payroll Certification: September 2003 -
End of Month, dated 09/23/03, for $1,067,289.94; End of Month
Miscellaneous, dated 09/30/03, for $1,461.24.
- Personnel
- Increase Administrative Assistant,
Student Support - Middle School, from 7.0 to 8.0 hours per
day, effective October 13, 2003.

- 1.6% salary increase for 2003-04,
retroactive to July 1, 2003 for contracted district-level
administrators (B. Young, Superintendent; K. Mills, Ed.D,
Associate Superintendent; L. Harden, CBO; B. Moran, Director

non-represented employees.

- Intent for MVSD to participate in PERS Two
Years of Additional Service Credit window period
