     Title: Superintendent
     Meet with Leadership Associates to review recommendations about candidates to
     interview and determine whom to interview.

CONSENT AGENDA - Items listed are considered routine and acted upon in one motion.  There is no discussion of items unless a member of the Board, staff or public requests specific items be discussed and/or removed from the Consent Agenda.  It is understood that Administration recommends approval of all Consent items.  Each item  approved by the Board  shall be deemed to have been considered in full and adopted as recommended.
1. Warrants - These are the methods by which the District pays its bills.
2. Payroll Certifications: March 2005 - EOM Misc., dated 3/31/05, for $3,135.60; Mid, dated 4/6/05, for $46,949.34; Mid Special, dated 4/18/05, for $5,246.72; April 2005 - EOM, dated 4/25/05, for $1,161,329.57.
3. Personnel: Personnel Action Form #10-0405.
4. PERS Service Credit: Amend participation period for PERS 2 years additional service credit in order to align with Marin County Office of Education's revised participation period: April 20, 2005 - October 14, 2005.
