    2. Classified changes: Roberto Hernandez, from regular custodian to lead custodian at Middle School, effective 02/January/01; Hien Tran, .75 FTE to 1.0 FTE custodian, effective 02/January/01.
    3. Certificated leave request: Carole Brandt-Fink - Family Medical Leave and regular leave, effective 23/April/01 through 2001-02 school year.
    4. Certificated hire: Nan Black, .2 FTE librarian at Strawberry Point School, effective 02/January/01.

    1. Agreements, Proposals, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders regarding renovation and modernization projects.  Action
  12. CONSENT AGENDA - Items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and are acted upon by the Board of Trustees in one motion. There is no discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a member of the Board, staff or public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the Consent Agenda. It is understood that the Administration recommends approval on all Consent Agenda items. Each item on the Consent Agenda approved by the Board of Trustees shall be deemed to have been considered in full and adopted as recommended.
    1. Warrants -These are the methods by which the School District pays its bills.
    2. Payroll certification: December End of Month, dated 07/Dec/00, for $962,801.90.
    3. Acceptance, with gratitude, gifts to MVSD: new violin, chin rest & case, valued at $500, from D. & J. Katsin.
    4. Res. #12-00/01: Authorization to sign on behalf of Board for Laurie Harden.
    5. California Public School Library Act of 1998 (K-12): 3rd year funding application.
    6. California Classroom Materials Act of 1999: 2nd year funding application.
