   1. Public Comment - Opportunity for public to comment on Closed Session items.  Information
   2. Recess to Closed Session - to consider and/or take action on the following items.
      1. With respect to every item of business to be discussed in Closed Session, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957.6, Conference with Labor Negotiator Bill Kay.
      2. With respect to every item of business to be discussed in Closed Session, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957, Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release.
3. RECONVENE & REPORT OUT - 6:00 PM
4. COMMUNICATIONS TO THE GOVERNING BOARD
   1. Opportunity for Public comment on any item of interest to the public that is within the Board's jurisdiction will be heard.  The Board cannot take action on items presented during this time.  The Board requests that each speaker identify him/herself prior to addressing the Board.  Public comment will also be allowed on each specific item prior to Board action.
