Opportunity for Public comment on any item of interest to the public that is within the Board's jurisdiction will be heard.  The Board cannot take action on items presented during this time.  The Board requests that each speaker identify him/herself prior to addressing the Board.  Public comment will also be allowed on each specific item prior to Board action.
