  1. CONSENT AGENDA - Items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and are acted upon by the Board of Trustees in one motion. There is no discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a member of the Board, staff or public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the Consent Agenda. It is understood that the Administration recommends approval on all Consent Agenda items.     5. Gift: for benefit of SP, matching fund donation of $99.98 from Levi Strauss Foundation (J. Dentkos-Hearn).
