  1. CONSENT AGENDA - Items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and are acted upon by the Board of Trustees in one motion.     5. Gifts: acceptance with gratitude, for benefit of Edna Maguire School PIP and copier personnel, $8862.50, from EM PTA; computer, printers, monitor, scanner, CD drives and assorted peripherals, software & manuals, from B. North.
