    1.   1. CONSENT AGENDA - Items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and are acted upon by the Board of Trustees in one motion. There is no discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a member of the Board, staff or public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the Consent Agenda. It is understood that the Administration recommends approval on all Consent Agenda items. Each item on the Consent Agenda  approved by the Board of Trustees shall be deemed to have been considered in full and adopted as recommended.
    1. Warrants: These are the methods by which the School District pays its bills.
    2. Personnel: Action Form #14-0203.
    3. Agreements: Extension, through June 2008, of Attendance Agreements with Sausalito Marin City SD: Tennessee Woods, Addendum #2; Tennessee Glen, Addendum #3.
    4. Gifts: acceptance with gratitude, new television from J. Freiberg; for benefit of SP: $600 from Levi Strauss Foundation, for volunteer hours by J. Dentkos-Hearn, SP parent.
