| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Reynolds called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM and announced that Mr. Khademi was attending the meeting via teleconference from 265 Princeton Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. |
| CLOSED SESSION | As there were no communications to the Board, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 10:06 AM, to consider Public Employee Employment (Gov. Code §54957). |
| RECONVENE & REPORT OUT | Ms. Reynolds reconvened the meeting to Public Session at 5:38 PM and announced that no reportable action was taken in Closed Session. |

Ms. Reynolds announced that the regular meeting of May 11 has been canceled and that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 5:40 PM . |
