| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 7:00 AM on Thursday, May 12, 2005, at Holiday Inn Express, Mill Valley, CA. President Reynolds called the meeting to order at 7:00 AM and announced that Mr. Khademi would be away from the meeting from 9:00 AM-Noon. |
| CLOSED SESSION | As there were no communications to the Board, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 7:01 AM, to consider Public Employee Employment; Title: Superintendent (Gov. Code §54957). |
| RECONVENE & REPORT OUT | Ms. Reynolds reconvened the meeting to Public Session at 7:30 PM and announced that no action was taken in Closed Session. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Ms. Reynolds announced that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 7:30 PM . |
