| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM. |
| RETREAT / CLOSED SESSION | As there was no public in attendance, the Board began its retreat, which included discussion of communications, relations with Superintendent, schools and community, and District operations. At 4:40 PM, the Board went into Closed Session for Superintendent Evaluation. No action was taken. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting to Public Session 6:00 PM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. |
| RETREAT (continued) | The Board continued its discussion of above retreat session items. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 6:40 PM. |
