| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at the District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. |
| RETREAT / CLOSED SESSION | As there was no public comment, the meeting was adjourned to Closed Session for a conference with labor negotiator regarding Superintendent's and Assistant Superintendents' contracts. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting to Public Session 6:00 PM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 6:00 PM. |
