| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 5:00 PM on Monday, November 15, 2004 at the District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM and announced that Ms. Reynolds was absent due to a previous commitment. |
| CLOSED SESSION - Negotiations - Potential Litigation |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was adjourned to Closed Session for a conference with labor negotiator regarding Superintendent's and Assistant Superintendents' contracts; and regarding anticipated litigation: two potential cases. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting to Public Session 5:55 PM and reported that the following action was taken. |
| - Ass't Supt/Spec. Ed. | M/S/C Freiberg/Murphy (4-0) to approve a 2.41% salary increase for the Assistant Superintendent for Special Education, effective July 1, 2004. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Mr. Khademi announced that the Board will meet with the Mill Valley City Council at 6:45 PM on this date, and that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at 7:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 5:56 PM. |
