| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 8:30 AM on Friday, December 17, 2004 at the District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Reynolds called the meeting to order at 8:31 AM. |
| CLOSED SESSION - Labor Negotiations |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 8:32 AM for a conference with labor negotiator regarding the Superintendent's contract. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Ms. Reynolds reconvened the meeting to Public Session 9:40 AM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Ms. Reynolds announced that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 9:40 AM. |
