| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 14, 2001 at the Khademi Residence, 75 Milland Drive, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 3:10 PM. |
| COMMUNICATIONS TO BOARD | There were no communications to the Board. |
| BOARD RETREAT | The Board and Superintendent met to discuss Board relations and interpersonal communications. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at the District Administrative Office at 7:00 on Monday, February 26, 2001 and adjourned the meeting at 5:15 PM. |
