| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 12, 2001 at the Reynolds residence, 74 Greenwood Way, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 4:03 PM. |

| SPECIAL MEETING Board/Administrative Retreat Board/Superintendent Retreat |
The Board and Administrative Council, including all principals, the Director of Special Education and the Chief Business Official, met to discuss communications and relations. This portion of the meeting concluded at 5:35 PM, at which time the Board and Superintendent only met to discuss their relations and communications. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at Mill Valley Middle School beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 23, 2001, with the Board holding a joint meeting with the Mill Valley City Council for the first hour. The regular business meeting will begin at 8:00 PM. The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM. |
