| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 25, 2001 at the Mill Valley School District Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 4:22 PM, and announced that Ms. Reynolds and Ms. Spencer were absent. |
| SPECIAL MEETING Agreement with site administrators |
M/S/C Khademi/Freiberg (3-0) to approve agreement with site administrators for a salary increase of 8.5%, effective July 1, 2000. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at Edna Maguire School beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 7, 2001 and adjourned the meeting at 4:30 PM. |
