| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 11:15 AM on Tuesday, May 15, 2001 at the Mill Valley School District Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 11:16 AM, and announced that Mr. Khademi and Ms. Reynolds were absent. |
| PERSONNEL MATTER - Leave: Collins | The Special Meeting was called to consider an extension to a leave of absence by classified employee Calvin Collins, beginning May 18, 2001. After discussion, the following action was taken. |
| - Motion: Deny leave extension | M/S/C Freiberg/Spencer (3-0) to deny leave of absence extension request, for six months beginning May 18, 2001, for classified employee Calvin Collins. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 7, 2001 at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 11:20 AM. |
