| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, June 12, 2001 at the Gensburg residence, 26 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 3:10 PM. |
| COMMUNICATIONS TO BOARD | There were no communications to the Governing Board. |
| BOARD/SUPERINTENDENT RETREAT | The Board and Ms. Young met with Facilitator Jessica Notini to discuss communications and relations in several areas, including amongst themselves, with staff, with parents and with the community. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 18, 2001 at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 8:00 PM. |
