| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 9:00 AM on Friday, June 15, 2001 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM. |
| PUBLIC COMMENT | There was no public comment. |
| CLOSED SESSION - Superintendent Evaluation | Pursuant to Gov. Code § 54957, the Board met in Closed Session to conduct Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Title: Superintendent. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT OUT | Mr. Gensburg reconvened the open meeting at 11:01 AM and reported that no reportable action had been taken. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regularly scheduled board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 18, 2001 at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 11:02 AM. |
