| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 6:00 PM on Monday, October 9, 2000 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Spencer called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM and announced that Mr. Gensburg was absent. |
| PUBLIC COMMENT | A parent requested some budget information. The meeting then was adjourned to Closed Session, to consider or take action on the following item: Conference with labor negotiators Barbara Young, Sandra Woliver, and Liz Spencer, pursuant to Government Code section 54057.6. |
| RECONVENE & REPORT | Ms. Spencer reconvened the meeting at 7:28 PM and announced that there was no action taken in the Closed Session. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Ms. Spencer announced that the next
regularly scheduled board meeting will be at Mill Valley Middle School
at 7:00 on Monday, October 16, 2000 and adjourned the meeting at 7:30 PM. |
