| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 7, 2002 at the home of Board President Jeffrey Freiberg, 470 Hillside Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 2:05 PM. |
| BOARD RETREAT | The Board and Superintendent met with facilitator Sherry Loofbuorrow to review governance team structures, including board meeting operations, meeting agendas, communications and other board/district operations. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 8:45 PM. |
