| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 1:45 PM on Thursday, February 14, 2002 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. Vice-President Khademi called the meeting to order at 1:57 PM and announced that Mr. Freiberg and Mr. Swartz were absent. |
| COMMUNICATIONS | There were no communications to the Board. |
| CURRICULUM & POLICY Arts Grant |
The Board met to approve an Arts Implementation Grant, with the deadline for submission falling prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. The application is for continuation of previous grants awarded; this one for special projects in the visual and performing arts. |
| - Motion: arts grant | M/S/C Gensburg/Reynolds (3-0) to approve grant application for Special Projects in the Performing and Visual Arts. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2002, at Strawberry Point School and adjourned the meeting at 2:00 PM. |
