| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 8:30 AM on Friday, March 15, 2002 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 8:34 AM and announced that Mr. Gensburg and Mr. Swartz were absent. |
| COMMUNICATIONS | There were no communications to the Governing Board. |
| BUILDINGS & SITES MS Site Improvement - Phase 1 |
The special meeting was called to consider Middle School Site Improvement - Phase 1 Plan, which was discussed and inadvertently omitted for action at the March 13, 2002 Board meeting. |
| - Motion: MS Improvement | M/S/C Khademi/Reynolds (3-0) to approve recommendations as outlined in Middle School Site Improvement - Phase 1 plan, as presented at March 13, 2002 Governing Board meeting. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at Old Mill School and adjourned the meeting at 8:40 AM. |
