| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 17, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 2:04 PM and announced that Mr. Khademi was out of town. |

As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session for the Board to consider and/or take action on Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Title: Superintendent, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957. |
| 3. RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Freiberg reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 4:35 PM and announced that no reportable action was taken in Closed Session. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at 7:00 PM at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 4:36 PM. |
