| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, December 5, 2001 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Gensburg called the meeting to order at 6:55 PM. |

| Recess | The meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 6:56 PM |
| RECONVENE/REPORT OUT | Mr. Gensburg reconvened the meeting to Public Session at 9:45 PM and reported that the Board had met in Closed Session for Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Title: Superintendent, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957. No reportable action was taken. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Gensburg announced that the next regular Board meeting will begin at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, December 12, 2001, at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 9:46 PM. |
