| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 18, 2001 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 11:01 AM. |

| Recess | The meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 11:02 AM |
| RECONVENE/REPORT OUT | Mr. Freiberg reconvened the meeting to Public Session at 12:54 PM and reported that the Board had met in Closed Session for Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Title: Superintendent, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957. The Board met with the Superintendent for her mid-year evaluation. No reportable action was taken. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 12:55 PM. |
