| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at the home of Trustee Freiberg, 470 Hillside Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM and announced that the meeting was being held at this location as Mr. Freiberg is recovering from recent surgery. |
| 2. CLOSED SESSION - Sup't evaluation | As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session for Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Title: Superintendent, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957. |
| 3. RECONVENE & REPORT OUT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the public meeting at 3:30 PM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session, and that the Superintendent's evaluation would be continued in Closed Session prior to its next regular meeting. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 3:30 PM. |
