CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM. |

There was no public comment. |
| B.1. Recess - Closed session; sup't evaluation | Mr. Khademi recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 4:01 PM for Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Gov. Code §54957); Title: Superintendent. |
| 3. RECONVENE & REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting at 6:30 PM and reported that no action was taken. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at Park School and adjourned the meeting at 6:30 PM. |
