CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at the home of Trustee Reynolds, 74 Greenwood Way, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 12:01 PM. |

| B.1. Closed session: sup't evaluation | Mr. Khademi recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 12:01 PM for PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Gov. Code Section 54957); Title: Superintendent |
| 3. RECONVENE & REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting at 2:00 PM and reported that no action was taken. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 2003 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 2:00 PM. |
