CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:30 PM on Monday, May 19, 2003 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM. |

There was no public comment. |
| B.1. Closed session: negotiations | Mr. Khademi recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 4:31 PM for CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR (Gov. Code Section 54957.6); Agency Negotiator: Bill Kay; Employee Organizations: MVTA; CSEA - Ch. 360; unrepresented employees. |
| 3. RECONVENE & REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting at 5:10 PM and reported that no action was taken. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 2003 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 5:10 PM. |
