| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, September 10, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM. |
| 2. AGENDA | M/S/C Gensburg/Khademi (5-0) to approve agenda. |
| 3. COMMUNICATIONS | There were no communications to the Board. |
| 4. BUSINESS & FISCAL MATTERS | As the September 11th meeting was canceled, another meeting was needed to approve the Unaudited Actuals for 2001-02 prior to September 15th. Ms. Harden presented the information to the Board. |
| - Unaudited Actuals 01-02 | M/S/C Khademi/Swartz (5-0) to approve Unaudited Actuals for 2001-02. |
| 5. BOARD RETREAT | The Board and Superintendent Young met in a retreat to discuss Governance Team structures, including communications. |
| 6. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be Tuesday, September 24 2002 at 7:00 PM at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 8:15 PM. |
