| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM. |
| 2. AGENDA | M/S/C Gensburg/Reynolds (5-0) to approve the agenda |
| 3. SPECIAL MEETING | The Board and Superintendent met with facilitator Robert Ferrara to discuss communications and relations. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6, 2002, at Edna Maguire School, 80 Lomita Drive, Mill Valley and adjourned the meeting at 4:00 PM. |
