| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special closed session at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM. |
| 2. CLOSED SESSION - Negotiations; Sup't Evaluation | As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session for the Board to conference with labor negotiator Barbara Young, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957.6. Following the negotiations conference, the Board met regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Title: Superintendent; pursuant to Gov. Code §54957. |
| 3. RECONVENE & REPORT OUT | Mr. Freiberg reconvened the public meeting at 5:03 PM and reported that no reportable action was taken in Closed Session. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2002, at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 5:04 PM. |
