| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 18, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 1:02 PM. |
| 2. COMMUNICATIONS | There was no public comment. |
| 3. RETREAT | The Board, Superintendent Young and CBO Harden met with facilitator Robert Ferrara as follow-up to Retreat held in October, continuing to work on Governing Team structures, communications and relations. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2002, at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 3:05 PM. |
