| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special closed session at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Freiberg called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM. |
| 2. CLOSED SESSION - Sup't Evaluation | As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session for the Board to meet regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation; Title: Superintendent; pursuant to Gov. Code §54957. |
| 3. RECONVENE & REPORT OUT | Mr. Freiberg reconvened the public meeting at 6:58 PM and reported that no reportable action was taken in Closed Session. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Freiberg announced that the next regular Board meeting will be immediately following this meeting, at 7:00 PM at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 6:59 PM. |
