| 1. CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 1:05 PM. |
| 2. COMMUNICATIONS | There were no communications to the Governing Board. |
| 3. BOARD RETREAT | The Board met with facilitator Robert Ferarra to continue its work on Governing Team structures, including communications and relations. |
| 4. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular Board meeting will be at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2002 at the District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 3:10 PM. |
