| CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 1:30 PM on Monday, January 12, 2004 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. Mr. Swartz called the meeting to order at 1:35 PM and announced that Mr. Khademi and Ms. Reynolds were absent. |
| CLOSED SESSION - Student Matter |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session for Board consideration of a Student Disciplinary Matter, pursuant to Education Code §48912. |
| RECONVENE | The meeting was reconvened to Open Session at 1:44 PM, with the following action taken. |
| - Motion; Approve Student #03/04-5 agreement | M/S/C Freiberg/Murphy (3-0) to approve Agreement regarding Student #03/04-5. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Swartz announced that the next regular meeting will be January 21, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 1:45 PM. |
