| A. CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 2:00 PM at the Mill Valley Inn, 165 Throckmorton Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. Mr. Khademi called the meeting to order at 2:10 PM. |
| B. COMMUNICATIONS | There were no communications to the Board. |
| C. BOARD RETREAT | The Board and Superintendent met in a retreat session to discuss Board operations, communications and relations for 2004. District counsel also reviewed information on The Brown Act. |
| D. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting will be January 21, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 5:40 PM. |
