| A. CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 3:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. Mr. Khademi called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM, and announced that Mr. Swartz would be a few minutes late to the meeting. |
| B. CLOSED SESSION - Negotiations | As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 3:04 PM. The Board met with for a conference with labor negotiator William Kay; Employee organizations: Mill Valley Teachers Association & California School Employees Association - Ch. 360; pursuant to Gov. Code §54957.6. |
| C. RECONVENE / REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting to open session at 4:08 PM, and reported that no action was taken. |
| D. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting will be March 10, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 4:09 PM. |
