| A. CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 8:00 AM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. Mr. Khademi called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM, and announced that Ms. Murphy was absent as she is out of town. |
| B. POLLING SURVEY | The draft of a voter survey was presented to the Board by Alex Evans and Jennifer Yee, of Evans/McDonough Company (EMC). The survey was designed to randomly poll 500 voters in the District regarding school-related issues, in preparation for a future ballot measure. Discussion followed regarding questions to be asked. EMC will conduct the survey the last week of February and will present results at the next regular Board meeting on March 10th. |
| C. ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting will be March 10, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 9:30 AM. |
