B. CFAC INTERVIEWS The Board met to interview the applicants for the newly created Community Financial Advisory Commission (CFAC).  The following applicants were in attendance: Evan Cross, Michael Fuchs, Mike Graziano, Frank Sabella, Andrew Shapiro, Dick Swanson and Patty Wrench.  Mr. Khademi reviewed the process for establishing the commission, its goals, and the composition and terms of service for the group.  The candidates introduced themselves and addressed why they wanted to participate on the commission.  After additional questions and discussion, the following action was taken.
