| CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM and announced that Ms. Reynolds and Mr. Swartz were absent. |

SESSION - Negotiations |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 4:05 PM for the Board to confer with labor negotiator Bill Kay (Gov. Code §54957.6); employee organization: Mill Valley Teachers Association. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened to open session at 4:55 PM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting will be April 7, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 4:55 PM. |
