| CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session at 4:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM and announced that Mr. Freiberg was absent. |

SESSION - Negotiations |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 4:06 PM for the Board to confer with labor negotiator Bill Kay (Gov. Code §54957.6); employee organizations: Mill Valley Teachers Association and California School Employees Association - Ch. 360; and for consideration of student suspension or other disciplinary action - not expulsion (Ed. Code §48912). |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened to open session at 4:50 PM and reported that the following action was taken in Closed Session. |
| - Student Discipline | M/S/C Reynolds/Swartz (4-0 Freiberg absent) to approve Agreement regarding Student #03/04-6. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting will be Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 4:50 PM. |
