| CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session on Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 4:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM. |

SESSION - Negotiations |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 4:03 PM for the Board to confer with labor negotiator Bill Kay (Gov. Code §54957.6); employee organizations: Mill Valley Teachers Association and California School Employees Association - Ch. 360; and to also confer regarding an unrepresented employee: Assistant Superintendent/Business Services. The Board also met to conference with real property negotiator Jeffrey Freiberg (Gov. Code §54956.8); Property Address: 70 Lomita Drive, Mill Valley; Under Negotiation: terms of lease. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened to open session at 5:00 PM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Ms. Reynolds announced that the next regular meeting will be Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 5:00 PM. |
