| CALL TO ORDER |
The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session on Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at 2:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 2:01 PM. |
| BOARD RETREAT | The Board and Superintendent met with Robert Ferrara regarding communications. |
| CLOSED
SESSION - Supt. Evaluation |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 4:15 PM for the Board to consider and/or take action upon Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Gov. Code §54957); Title: Superintendent. |
| RECONVENE/REPORT | Mr. Khademi reconvened to open session at 5:00 PM and reported that no action was taken in Closed Session. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting will be Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 5:01 PM. |
