| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in special session on Thursday, June 24, 2004 at 4:00 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. Vice-President Reynolds called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM and announced that Mr. Freiberg and Mr. Khademi were absent. |
| CLOSED SESSION - Negotiations |
As there was no public comment, the meeting was recessed to Closed Session at 4:02 PM for the Board to confer with labor negotiator Bill Kay (Gov. Code §54957.6); employee organizations: Mill Valley Teachers Association and California School Employees Association - Ch. 360. |
| RECONVENE | Ms. Reynolds reconvened the meeting to Public Session at 5:00 PM and announced that no reportable action had been taken. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Ms. Reynolds announced that the next regular meeting will be Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 5:00 PM. |
