The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in a special closed session at 8:45 AM on Friday, October 31, 2003 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Khademi called the meeting to order at 8:50 AM. |
| CLOSED SESSION | As there was no public comment, the meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 8:50 AM for the following: Conference with Labor Negotiator Barbara Young; Employee Organization: Mill Valley Teachers Association, pursuant to Gov. Code §54957.6; and Consideration of Student Matter; confidential information, pursuant to Ed. Code §35146. |
| RECONVENE & REPORT OUT | Mr. Khademi reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 9:30 AM and reported that the following action was taken. |
| - Motion; Student matter | M/S/C Freiberg/Gensburg (3-0) to approve an agreement regarding a confidential student matter. |
| ADJOURNMENT | Mr. Khademi announced that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office and adjourned the meeting at 9:30 AM. |
