| CALL TO ORDER | The Mill Valley School District Board of Trustees, acting as the Governing Board of the Mill Valley School District, met in an added regular session at 4:30 PM at the Mill Valley School District Administrative Office, 411 Sycamore Avenue, Mill Valley, CA. President Reynolds called the meeting to order at 4:33 PM, and announced that Mr. Khademi and Ms. Murphy were absent. |
| OATH OF OFFICE | Superintendent Ken Benny administered the Oath of Office for incumbent trustee Paula Reynolds and new trustees John Duncan and Steve Sell. |
| AGENDA | M/S/C Duncan/Sell (3-0) to approve agenda. |
| COMMUNICATIONS | There were no communications to the Board. |
| BD OPERATIONS | |
| Certificated Negotiations team | M/S/C Duncan/Sell (3-0) to approve District team for 2005-06 negotiations with the Mill Valley Teachers Association: Superintendent Ken Benny, CBO Michele Rollins, Principals Whitney Hoyt and Gail van Adelsberg, and District Counsel Bill Kay. |
| Board Roles | Ms. Reynolds conducted workshop with new trustees regarding Board Roles. |

ADJOURNMENT |
Ms. Reynolds announced that the next regular meeting of the Board will be on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 7:00 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 5:58 PM. |
